They had the lenses I needed available, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Always nice when I can find exactly what I’m looking for without any hassle.

"Much faster than other lens sites I’ve tried"
I ordered my lenses from lensworld.com.au and they arrived way quicker than I expected, I think it was only a couple of days. I’ve used a few other online lens stores before and usually the wait is longer, so this was a nice surprise. Everything was packed properly, no issues, no fuss. Really happy with how smooth it was and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Shipping was actually a bit pricey"

"Better prices than anywhere else I checked"
I looked around a few different sites before ordering because I always feel a bit trapped paying whatever price contact lenses happen to be, but Lensworld was cheaper for the ones I needed. Checkout was simple and there wasn’t any hassle. I’m happy with what I paid and I’d use them again if the prices stay this good...

"Box looked great, oddly enough"
The box showed up in really good shape, which I appreciated. Packaging was neat and there weren’t any dents or damage. I’m usually not that picky about boxes, but I guess I kind of am when it actually arrives looking this clean.

"I had to send back a box of..."
I had to send back a box of lenses because I accidentally ordered the wrong strength, so that wasn’t nobody’s fault but mine. I emailed Lensworld and they got back to me quickly with clear, simple instructions for returning it.
The refund showed up a few days after they received the parcel, and there wasn’t no chasing them up or dealing with weird excuses. appreciated how easy it was, and I’d definitely use Lensworld.com.au again

"Actually got a helpful reply fast"
I had a quick question before placing my order, and I half expected either a slow reply or some generic copy-paste answer. But they got back to me fast, and the response was clear and actually sounded like a real person wrote it. I usually notice the annoying parts first with online shops, but this was smooth. Made ordering a lot easier, so I’m happy with the service from Lensworld

"They got my prescription right"
I used them for my prescription sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, everything was handled just fine and there weren’t any issues at all. Straightforward experience.

"Order was mostly right, but not perfect"
I ordered a couple of boxes of lenses from lensworld.com.au and, to be fair, most of the order turned up fine.
One box was the right brand, but the power wasn’t what I picked, so I’m guessing someone didn’t check it properly before sending it out. I had to email them, and they did fix it, but it took longer than I would’ve liked.
Not the worst experience, just a bit frustrating when it should’ve been a simple order. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely double check everything as soon as it arrives.

"Easy enough to use"
Used Lensworld.com.au and yeah, straightforward. I found my lenses quickly. Pages loaded fine. Checkout was simple too, not one of those annoying confusing ones. Just nice when a site works and doesn’t make the whole thing harder than it needs to be.

I ordered my contacts from lensworld.com.au they were great!! Same brand I usually use, everything was sealed properly, and they felt super comfy all day... no dryness, no weird feeling, nothing annoying like that!!! Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely buy again!!
